Wentworth Institute of Technology has introduced scholarships for robotics enthusiasts in the upcoming Fall 2023 admission cycle. These scholarships reflect Wentworth's commitment to fostering and supporting students with a passion for robotics and technology. 

A book co-edited by Wentworth Institute of Technology Professor Ronald Bernier sets the theoretical frameworks and interpretive strategies for exploring the re-emergence of religion in the making, exhibiting, and discussion of contemporary art.  

Ahead of this weekend’s 2nd Annual Alumni Day extravaganza, we look back at some Wentworth Institute of Technology alumni who attended last year and ask what brought them back to campus.

Most people know that you can find the Celtics and the Bruins in the City of Boston. But when it comes to the Hub’s venerable baseball team, just how close is the Wentworth Institute of Technology campus to Fenway Park? As these students will tell you, the answer is within walking distance—and there are some fun stops to make along the way. 

The Muddy River Symposium—a locally-renowned climate change awareness event—returned for the 17th time and a handful of Wentworth Institute of Technology students provided standout presentations.  

Wentworth Institute of Technology has announced its newest class of Athletic Hall of Fame inductees.  

The Hall of Fame induction will take place during the luncheon portion of the second-annual Alumni Day. 

A selection of Wentworth Institute of Technology faculty were recently awarded Summer 2023 Bistline Grants, which help fund work conducted by university professors. 

Submitted proposals are judged based on professionalism, completeness, purpose of grant, originality, objectives, outcomes, benefit to Wentworth, wider impact, and budget.  

Beginning in the fall of 2023, the Wentworth Institute of Technology Athletic Department will grow by two sports as women's indoor track and field and women's outdoor track and field will be added as varsity sports. Director of Athletics Cheryl Aaron made the announcement.

A few of Wentworth Institute of Technology's Spring 2023 graduates talk about their experiences at the university, what they remember fondly, and what they are planning to do next.

With his 5-year-old son, Conor, in attendance, Greg Murphy, Master of Construction Management, told the Wentworth Institute of Technology Spring 2023 Commencement audience about the importance of hard work, risk-taking, and never giving up on your dreams. 

This past weekend a team of six Wentworth Institute of Technology Architecture students was awarded First Prize in their division during the prestigious 2023 Solar Decathlon Design Challenge.   

The Wentworth Institute of Technology Sustainability Society (WITSS) promotes the importance of sustainability in materials, design, engineering, construction, and energy as our society moves toward a sustainable future.  

For the second-straight season, the top-seeded Wentworth Institute of Technology men's volleyball team topped the second-seeded Lasell Lasers, 3-1, in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Championship, earning the Leopards their second-straight GNAC Championship and fourth overall. Each of Wentworth's last two championships have been won in front of a home crowd.

With the win, the Leopards advance to their third-straight NCAA Division III Men's Volleyball Tournament and fifth overall.

While weather forced a rescheduling for the Spring Career Fair, it did nothing to curb interest in the Co-ops & Careers event as 160 employers and 571 students took to Wentworth Institute of Technology’s Tansey Gym. 

A team of three senior students from Wentworth Institute of Technology's Business Management program took part in a live case study competition at the annual International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE) conference in Orlando, Florida on April 12-13. 

The Office of the Provost and the Teaching & Learning Collaborative recently hosted a faculty and staff showcase to celebrate the following scholarly and innovative work and collaborations happening at Wentworth Institute of Technology. 

Wentworth Institute of Technology earned the top spot using the New York Times' new college rankings tool when prioritizing earnings, economic mobility, and economic diversity among colleges in Massachusetts. Wentworth stays #1 whether or not you filter for low sticker price, positioning it well as an option for value and return on investment among the top-tier schools in the state.

For those lucky enough to grow up in the age of wi-fi and smartphones, this was called “dial-up,” and it was not something that most of us found inspiring.
