ELEC4450 - Digital Communication Systems

This course studies sampling, coding, decoding, pulse code modulation, digital multiplexing, digital carrier systems, frequency shift keying, data compression, as well as bandwidth considerations. Laboratory work parallels classroom theory. Prerequisite: ELEC3775, Discrete Signals and Systems or ELEC4425, Advanced Programmable Logic.
