Become a Construction Leader
The Master of Science in Construction Management (MSCM) program is designed for working professionals who wish to advance their career through post-graduate study in construction management principles. This part-time program—offered in both online and on-campus formats— is accredited by the American Council for Construction Education (ACCE) and is designed to give students a strong understanding of construction management concepts, from pre-design through closeout.
To earn the degree, you will take 10 courses (including a capstone), earning 30 credits. Many students are able to complete the program in under two years, enabling you to advance in your career quickly. You will then be prepared to take advantage of rising demand in the industry. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, construction managers’ median annual salary in Massachusetts was approximately $101,250 in 2012, and nationally the occupation is projected to grow at a faster than average rate of 16% through 2020.
