Reserve an Event Space
Members of the Wentworth community may reserve a room or book an event by accessing the Wentworth Reservation Request System.
Access is maintained by Physical Plant and may be requested by the Director or Chair of a Department and submitted to Physical Plant.
If a member of the Wentworth community wishes to bring an external group on campus, he or she must read the Use of Facilities Policy.
To reserve the Beatty Multipurpose Room, Blount Auditorium, Beatty 426, or a classroom outside of the academic schedule, please contact Vicki Cupper.
External groups may contact Vicki Cupper at 617-989-4254 or firstname.lastname@example.org in Business Services for room availability and rental rates.
Rental Rates and Fees:
|Classroom or Conference Room||$225||$300|
|Gym or Sweeney Field||$150/hour|
Beatty Multipurpose Room
|Please note no changes to the room setup are allowed in the Beatty Multipurpose Room.|
|Media Services||$50/hour||minimum of 4 hours|
|Police Detail||$55/hour*||minimum of 4 hours|

*A Police Detail is required for large events and all sporting events. It is in 4-hour blocks with a minimum of four hours. For example, if your event is 5 hours, you will be charged for an 8-hour police detail.
