Day Students: 2019-2020

  • Tuition: $34,970
  • Room & Board: See Residential Life's detailed Room & Board rates 
  • Health Insurance Fee*: Released in May 2019
  • Tuition per credit: $1,095

*Details about the for the 2019-2020 annual health insurance plan will be released sometime in May 2019. The 2018-2019 health insurance fee was $1,862. Coverage started in August 28, 2018 and ends August 27, 2019.

Master of Architecture (MArch): 2019-2020

  • Tuition: $37,700
  • Room & Board: See Residential Life's detailed Room & Board rates 
  • Health Insurance Fee*: Released in May 2019
  • Tuition per credit**: $1,045

**MArch students who choose to take undergraduate level courses will be charged the MArch per credit rate of $1,095 per credit for 2019-2020.

College of Professional and Continuing Education: 2019-2020

  • Undergraduate Tuition per credit rate: $475
  • Undergraduate Tuition per credit in a Day Course***: $1,095
  • Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering per credit rate: $1,135
  • Master of Science in Construction Management per credit rate: $1,135
  • Master of Science in Facilities Management per credit rate: $1,135
  • Master of Science in Technology Management per credit rate: $1,135
  • Master of Science in Applied Computer Science per credit rate: $1,135
  • Master of Science in Project Management per credit rate: $1,135

***Professional and Continuing Education students who choose to take Day program courses will be charged the Day program rate.

Each school determines its own Cost of Attendance. This figure includes direct costs like tuition, room, and board/meal plan, and indirect costs like travel expenses, books, and personal expenses. The amount will vary depending on whether you plan to live on campus or commute from home. Because each school has a different cost of attendance, your financial need will vary from school to school. Indirect cost may vary by the individual student and can be viewed on their personal L-Connect account.
