Detailed Semester Tuition Rates

All costs listed below are semester rates unless otherwise stated. At the discretion of the Institute, tuition and fees are subject to change at anytime.

Full-time, Undergraduate Students

  • Full-Time Tuition (12 - 20 credits): $15,920
  • Tuition per Credit (11 credits or less or Overload greater than 20): $995
  • Tuition per Credit in a Continuing Education Course: $995

College of Professional & Continuing Education

  • Tuition per Credit: $475
  • Tuition per Credit in a Day Program Course: $995
  • Tuition per Credit Master of Science in Construction Management: $1,135
  • Tuition per Credit Master of Science in Facilities Management: $1,135
  • Tuition per Credit Master of Science in Technology Management: $1,135
  • Tuition per Credit Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering: $1,200

Master of Architecture Students

  • Full-Time Tuition (12 - 20 credits): $18,100
  • Tuition per Credit (11 credits or less or Overload greater than 20): $1,005
  • Tuition per Credit in a Day Program Course: $1,005

Health Insurance*

Health Insurance costs for the 2016-2017 academic year are as follows:  

  • Annual Coverage: $1,884
  • Spring & Summer Coverage: $1,234
  • Fall Only Coverage: $650
  • Spring Only Coverage: $620
  • Summer Only Coverage: $614

*Coverage is determined by the first term during any given academic year in which a student enrolls in nine or more credits including coop. Coverage, enrollment and waiver details. Subject to change.

Parking Passes

  • College of Professional and Continuing Education ‐ Evening and Weekend: $70
  • Day/Commuter: $200
  • Overnight/Resident (Juniors & Seniors Only): $400

Application Fee & Deposits

  • Application Fee (non‐refundable): $50
  • Tuition Deposit (non‐refundable after May 1st): $250
  • Housing Deposit (non‐refundable after May 1st): $500
