What is the Executive-in-Residence program?

The Executive-in-Residence (EIR) program represents an opportunity for Wentworth management students to learn from industry leaders and prepares them to be successful business leaders with the knowledge and skills to advance their careers, serving as guest lecturer, conducting intensive workshops on aspects of the management curriculum, and being available for guidance, preparation, and perspective. The EIR will also participate in faculty meetings and consult with faculty and staff on issues relating to the management curriculum.

The Executive-in-Residence program offers new learning experiences for faculty and students by providing a glimpse of current and perceived management thinking, trends, issues, and problems. This insight improves course materials and continues Wentworth's commitment to prepare its students for life after graduation.

By fostering a relationship with influential management leaders and the companies they work for, Wentworth's Executive-in-Residence program will have the added benefit of expanding the number of co-op opportunities available to students.
