New services for Summer 2017!

The Help Desk is now The Tech Spot! We’re re-branding the place you go for technology solutions with a fun new name. To celebrate, we need your help designing a wall graphic for inside the space.

If your design is chosen you will win an Amazon Gift Card!  The design will be professionally printed and displayed at the Help Desk for years to come. Below is a photo of the wall and the dimensions. Please email all submissions to caryt@wit.edu with the subject “Wall Design Contest”. The contest will be going through June 30th

Goodbye, Clutter. Hello Focused Inbox! Microsoft is replacing the Outlook “clutter” feature with a new tool called focused inbox. It’s all about – you guessed it – focusing your attention and minimizing distracting email. This feature will be enabled for your mailbox in the coming weeks. You’re in control, learn more!

Simplified Office 365 Login Process As part of efforts to streamline our single sign on (SSO) experience announced last semester, we’ll be removing a step from logging into Office 365. You may need to login again on some mobile devices as a result. Subscribe to our Service Status Page for an announcement when this change is scheduled.

Roku Support for Xfinity on Campus Beginning this semester, resident students can use a Roku device to stream entertainment content without plugging your laptop into a TV! Learn how to stream to Roku (or your laptop or mobile device)!

Follow Me Printing service expanded Print your document and pick it up anywhere! We've expanded the Follow Me Printing service to include the Douglas D. Schumann Library as well as the Architecture, Industrial Design, and Interior Design studios. By student request, we're also testing in the lobby of 555 Huntington Avenue.
