At Wentworth, any student who does not live on campus is considered a commuter. Whether you travel to and from Wentworth each day by commuter rail, the "T", car, bike, or by foot, we in Student Engagement recognize the effort and value of our commuter population. We work to ensure you have a successful transition and experience at Wentworth.
This website will be a key resource during your time at Wentworth. Here you will find commuter events, campus resources and helpful tips to keep you informed. Have a question or concern? Please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, stop by the Center for Student Engagement in room 026 of the Flanagan Campus Center (Beatty Hall) or give us a call at (617) 989-4890.
The Center for Student Engagement seeks to provide programs and services to support and enhance the commuter student experience. We foster the development of commuter students by promoting campus engagement, advocate on behalf of commuter students, and strive to promote awareness and resolution to the challenges and issues facing our commuter students.
*NOTE: This portion of the Center for Student Engagement was formerly a separate department known as Commuter Student Programs. We have joined forces in the Center for Student Engagement so that as many people on our staff as possible are available to support students. Visit the page for the Center for Student Engagement to see what other kinds of support we offer!
