The Hispanic Scholarship Fund is offering scholarships ranging from $500 to $5,000 for the upcoming 2015-2016 academic year. These scholarships are available to full time Hispanic heritage student's. Full information and qualifications can be found here

Dickson, Law Group - Video Essay Contest

In an effort to help other aspiring young students realize their dream of obtaining a college degree, the Dickson Law Group is pleased to announce the creation of an annual $1,000 scholarship available to current college students or those planning on attending a college or university in the fall of 2015.  Link to details:

The winner of the Thomas L. Dickson scholarship contest will be chosen by our attorneys based on participation in a video essay contest. In addition to writing an essay, participants are required to meet the following eligibility requirements a well:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college in the US or are planning to matriculate in the fall of 2015.
  • Must be in good academic standing if currently enrolled in college or high school
  • If an applicant is under 18, the permission of a parent or guardian

AmeriQuest Transportation Services Scholarship

Win a $1,000 Scholarship -  Students who are studying or are planning to study a technology or business derived major, or a related field or trade, are invited to take part in our $1,000 scholarship essay competition. Whether you know it or not, the transportation industry is suffering from a serious shortage of drivers. This problem has forced the industry to begin reevaluating its practices, hoping to attract a new pool of young, qualified drivers. The topic for this year’s scholarship essay competition is, “What can the transportation industry do to attract a new generation of drivers?”  Click here.

With the increasing costs of education, decided to help make it easier for one student each year by providing this scholarship. National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Scholarship

The society offers a variety of NSBE and Corporate-sponsored scholarship and award opportunities to our pre-college, collegiate undergraduate and graduate student, and technical professional members. Our scholarship packages range in value from $500 to $10,500. In addition to the scholarships, we also provide access to awards which acknowledge our highest achieving members, such as the Mike Shinn Distinguished Member of the Year (male and Female) Award with a cash award of $7,500, as well as the Alumni Member and Technologist of the Year. Each of these awardees also receives a Golden Torch Award from the organization. Please note that in order to be eligible for NSBE Scholarships, applicants must: 1. be an active, paid, NSBE member 2. Submit transcripts for GPA confirmation to the World Head Quarters.

Mesothelioma Awareness Scholarship will be offering a $1,000 scholarship to students who are either seniors in high school or freshmen or sophomores in college. The scholarship is intended to help defray the costs of attending college. is dedicated to increasing awareness of mesothelioma cancer, a rare and aggressive disease, by providing support, education, and resources to the public. Veterans who worked on Navy ships filled with asbestos were particularly susceptible to being diagnosed with mesothelioma. Symptoms of mesothelioma can remain dormant for many years, and once the symptoms do appear, they are often misdiagnosed as pneumonia or other common illnesses.


1. Applicant must be a senior in high school or a freshmen or sophomore in college.
2. This scholarship is offered nationwide to citizens in the United States.
3. Children of Veterans are encouraged to apply, but a relationship to a Veteran is not necessary to win this scholarship.

Penny Stocks Lab Biannual Scholarship Contest

The Hispanic Scholarship Fund gives over 4,000 scholarships each year to students going to four-year universities, community colleges, and graduate school. Scholarship amounts range from $1,000 to $15,000. In order to be eligible, applicants must be: college bound student of all levels who are U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. Student must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (3.3 GPA for the Gates Millennium Scholars Program) and plan to ben enrolled full-time. All majors are encouraged to apply.

Free Speech Scholarship

Miller Law Offices believes that education and free speech are important aspects of our democracy and make America great. They want to support young people who attend college and in their hearts understand the significance of freedom of speech. Diet Spotlight is offering an essay contest where students can share their ideas on the relationship between body weight and self-esteem. Four winners will be chosen, based on quality of submitted essay. Tuition Funding Sources

Tuition Funding Sources or TFS is a private service created in 1987 to help students find scholarships, student loans and other forms of financial aid to help pay for a college education. The TFS website is sponsored exclusively by Wells Fargo Bank. The TFS scholarship database is updated daily. On average, 5,000 new scholarship awards are added to the database every month in an effort to stay current with national scholarship growth rates. New and updated scholarships appear on the TFS website in real time.
