Wentworth to Sponsor Annual Mission Hill Road Race for Sixth Consecutive Year

Annual Mission Hill Road Race to benefit the Kevin W. Fitzgerald Park.

When:
Saturday, October 1, 2011 @ 9:00 a.m. for walkers, 10:00 a.m. for runners. 
Registration begins at 8:00 a.m.

Where:
Starts at Kevin W. Fitzgerald Park, 
Park entrance on St. Alphonsus Street
Roxbury Crossing, MA 02120

Information:

The sixth annual 5K Mission Hill Road Race will bring together residents, students, and supporters of the Mission Hill community to benefit the neighborhood’s Kevin W. Fitzgerald Park.

Wentworth has been a sponsor of the race since 2005. During the last six years, Wentworth has won the race’s Puddingstone Pot five times, an award given to the school that brings the most volunteers.

Registration forms are available through Wentworth’s Center for Community Learning & Partnerships’ website and must be turned in to the center by September 19 upon completion.
