The Learning Center is about assisting students as they learn both in and out of the classroom.  Students helping students learn is one of the most powerful and efficient ways to inspire learning.  Come join us as we help students reach their highest potential.

There are three ways to engage with the Learning Center:

Peer Tutor- Peer Tutors form the core of the Learning Center and provide invaluable academic support for other students.  Peer tutors are coaches, facilitators of learning and help guide students towards improving their mastery of the subject material.  Peer Tutors are required to have a 3.0 cumulative GPA and at least a B+ in any subject that they tutor. Fill out an application.

Office Assistants- Office Assistants support the administration of the Learning Center.  Office Assistants greet students as they walk in, explain the tutoring options for students and help students make appointments.   Office Assistants may also produce posters and perform outreach for the Learning Center. PLEASE NOTE- we are only looking to fill Tuesday mornings from 9 AM until 11 AM.  Fill out an application.

Programmer- Do you have an idea for the Center?  Do you have a strength that you want to share with others?  Have a desire to learn something new and want to help coordinate a program?  Contact us and help produce learning experiences to help make Wentworth innovative and cutting edge place to learn.
