Why did you choose to enroll in the AutoCAD course at Wentworth?

I worked on the Big Dig for a number of years. I was exposed to AutoCAD on that project, so that piqued my interest. I decided that I wanted to sharpen my skills in AutoCAD for career purposes, but I also chose to go back to school for personal fulfillment. I chose Wentworth because I think that the school is very strong technically and it’s the place to be for this type of education.

Please describe the classroom experience at Wentworth.

There are a mix of students in the AutoCAD class, so it’s interesting to see how learning this skill can be helpful in multiple careers. The instructor is very good at teaching to all skill levels in the class, which is not an easy feat. There are some guys that have no AutoCAD experience and some that have worked with it a lot. But he’s able to create a positive learning environment for everyone.

Would you recommend AutoCAD at Wentworth to others?

I would definitely recommend this class to others. If someone is looking to enhance their knowledge and sharpen their skills then AutoCAD is a great class to take.
